377bet (referred to in this document as "the Platform", "we", or "377bet") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail.

Creating an account, browsing the website, or using any of our services means you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If the Terms are updated in the future, you will be notified via your registered email or a platform notice. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with 377bet. Attempts by minors to register are strictly prohibited. 377bet may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.

• Each individual may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false details may result in account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Sharing your password or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at support@377bet.world.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or leased to any third party.

377bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Exchange rates apply to any transactions made in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 377bet account. Requests to a differently named method will not be processed. Every withdrawal request is reviewed by our team — standard requests are typically completed within 15 minutes, while larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.

Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without being used for betting at least once. This rule is in place to prevent money laundering and is standard practice across all licensed platforms.

All bonus offers at 377bet are subject to specific terms. By claiming any bonus, you agree to all conditions attached to it. Each bonus page clearly states the wagering requirements, expiry period, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limit.

• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, you must first complete a specified wagering amount — typically 10x to 30x the bonus value.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any detected bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets — will result in the bonus being voided.
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be cancelled automatically.
• To receive your referral bonus, the person you referred must complete their first deposit.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except where the cash-out feature is available, in which case limited exceptions may apply for that specific bet.
• If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, all bets will generally be refunded — though different rules may apply in certain circumstances.
• 377bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• There is a maximum payout limit per bet — this limit varies depending on the sport and bet type.
• If a user is found to have intentionally exploited clearly incorrect odds for personal gain, the relevant bets and any associated winnings may be voided.

If your internet connection drops or your device shuts down during live betting, your bet will generally remain in the state it was at that moment — the server record is considered final.

In compliance with international regulatory requirements, 377bet conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) in certain situations. This isn't a hassle — it's an important step in protecting your own account.

• A National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence — any one of these is accepted.
• A bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months may be required as proof of address.
• KYC verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours of submitting your documents.
• Large withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

377bet reserves the right to suspend accounts, forfeit funds, and take legal action where necessary if a user engages in any of the prohibited activities listed below.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes using software or bots
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing another person's account without authorisation
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party
• Knowingly exploiting a technical error for personal gain without reporting it to 377bet

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, it will be corrected in line with the server record. Certifications and audit reports issued by game providers are the ultimate authority in such matters.

377bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance via your registered email and/or a platform announcement.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the changes, please request account closure and withdraw your real money balance.
